where does thit interview take place?
I'm living in eastern Europe. Must I go to USA to be interviewed or....?

Normally you are interviewed by the Educational Counselor (EC) nearest you - an EC is an alum who volunteers to meet with applicants in his or her home area. You receive your EC's name and contact info through your MyMIT account (which you can set up at admissions.mit.edu), and you are responsible for contacting him or her and scheduling the interview.

If there is no EC in your area than the interview will be waived and Admissions won't hold it against you.

And why they don't answer my e-mails for the interview? What can I do?

I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking...are you saying, what if your EC doesn't respond to requests for an interview? In that case you should contact MIT Admissions and let them know about the problem, and they'll help you.

I didn't send them a request for an interview because I think it is a little bit early for that. But I send them a letter in which I say where I live, who am I, and so on. And I ask them if it is possible to have this interview in the country I live. And I don't have a reply to this. But maybe you are right I should request an interview and perhaps then they will answer me...

No, what you should do is get a MyMIT account, which you can do by going to http://admissions.mit.edu and clicking on the "New User? Register Now!" button. Once you have an account, MIT will use that account to either send you the contact info of your EC (or, as the case may be, to tell you that there's not one in your area). Once you have that info, contact the EC to set up an interview. If the EC doesn't respond, then ask MIT Admissions what to do about it.

I have already had an account. But thanks a lot:)
