Where's my penn portal?

<p>here's the thing: Im not sure if ive received my penn portal!
Ive received the confirmation email with the student identifier number,
but i wasnt sure if you create your penn portal using that number (although i couldnt find any links to it on the website)
or if they provide you with the id and the password to begin with?
i havnt been able to check if im missing any materials - is penn portal the only way to check that or would they send one of those "your application is incomplete" emails regardless for those who receive their penn portal late?
i am so confused. please help!</p>

<p>I called, and apparently the penn portal was supposed to be sent out the same day as the student number(but i only got the student number) they told me to email <a href="mailto:eapps@admissions.upenn.edu">eapps@admissions.upenn.edu</a> and explain the situation, and told me that i wasn't missing any materials. You guys should still call since we all know how long it takes to get ur emails answered and incomplete applications are a rather urgent issue at the moment.</p>

<p>I don't think Penn will release its decisions at the end of March. Penn is just too slow this year.</p>

<p>Yea, I agree because they are already running late with notifying their nursing applicants. It said on the app that they were going to let us know by february 19th but....nothing has happened yet and it is the 21st so im hoping they let us know by monday.</p>

<p>CU4L91...on the penn portal is says that Nursing and accelerated Nursing are available.</p>
