Which 31 is better?

Sept
E: 36
M: 35
R: 28
S: 26
C: 31

Oct
E: 34
M: 33
R: 27
S: 30
C: 31

Which of those two should I send? Does the fact that I blew the science in the September test really hurt me? Also, should I try the December one and see if I can raise it?

September's is better because of the high reading and math scores

Send both, I don't think the science hurts you, and yes try the December one.

would sending both help at all though? don't they just look at the best score?

The problem is you cant tell which score is better

Send both...it doesn't hurt and it may help.

I think the September 31 is better, but I'd send both - it shows consistency.

send your OCT ones.

why? because the SEPT has 125 while the OCT has 128.
but sending both won't hurt you either.

anhtimmy: the Sept ones are 125 but the Oct is actually 124.

Sending both looks like the right choice.
But if I'm going to take it again in December, and I'm pretty confident I will at least get a 31 again, should I waste money on sending 3 ACT scores?

If you can afford it, I would send both. D got 35C on Oct test but we are going to go ahead and send her 33C from June. The reason? On the Oct test science was her worst score while on the June test it was her highest. So even though most of the schools to which she is applying do not superscore, we want them to have access to all the numbers in case the high science is important to the school.
