I have taken the ACT twice and received the same score (31.) On my first test I got the following: English 33, Math 30, Reading 33, and Science 29. On my second test (the Plus Writing option) I ended up with the following: English 36, Math 31, Reading 27, and Science 31. I have yet to find out my Writing score. Which test should I send to colleges? Will the low Reading score for the second one hurt my chances or will it look better if I send in my first test? (I am applying to some big schools; so, I want the best ones to be seen.) Also, I wish I could say my superscore is 33. >.<

Both of your scores are great!
If your college superscores, and many do, send both to get this superscore E 36 R 33 M31 S 31.

If not always choose the set with the highest low score, in this case your first set of scores.

The only problem I have with sending the first scores is that they are not listed on the ACT website. I took the first one through my school last year. How would I be able to send those?

Do you have an official report of the scores?

I have the scores ACT mailed me and my school probably has the scores as well.

Them they can be sent.

I would suggest sending both. If the school superscores the ACT, you go up to a 33. If not, they still see the higher Reading subscore from test 1. Sending both cannot hurt you.
