Which ACT Scores should I send? Both tests use the 1-12 writing test scales.

Test 1:
Composite: 33
English: 29
Math: 34
Reading: 35
Science: 32
Writing: 6
ELA: 27
STEM: 33

Test 2:
Composite: 33
English: 35
Math: 34
Reading: 36
Science: 26
Writing: 8
ELA: 31
STEM: 30

If it’s relevant, my major is CS.

It depends to a certain extent on what schools you’re applying to. If a school superscores (or requires all test scores) you should definitely send in both. I might even send both no matter what, since it shows that you are capable of achieving a high score in every category. If you really only want to send one, I would send the second – technically, it has a higher composite, plus your writing score is higher.
