Which AP class is the easiest self-study?

AP Biology
AP Computer Science A
AP Environmental Science
AP Macroeconomics
AP Microeconomics
AP Psychology
AP Statistics
AP World History

On your list? Psych.

What about World?

This really depends on your strengths. If you can do math pretty well, Computer Science should be easy. If you can memorize definitions easily, then psychology would be a good pick.

Well, AP World and AP Psych definitely interest me the most. I have a World background since I took the Honors level last year, then again Psych is easy (as so I’ve heard from you guys).

I love World History, but I heard Psych is interesting too, but I have no idea about that. It’s a lot less work then World though…

Psych would be the easiest. By her own admission my Psych teacher said you could get a 3 on the exam purely through doing just the vocab for each unit (she wasn’t kidding).

As with any class, its the teacher that can make any class agonizing. Below are my school’s ranks (somewhat in order easiest to death)

Easiest;
Music Theory
Psych
Macro/Micro
2D Art
US Gov
Enviro Sci
Art History
Stats
Comp Sci
Euro Hist

Hardest;
Biology
Lang
Calculus
World Hist
US Hist
Languages (because of natives on test)
Chem
Physics

I found enviro sci really easy.

Provided from your list, I would say Psych and World History. Maybe even statistics depending on the quality of your textbook. AP STAT and WHAP are definitely two of the easiest APs so I wouldn’t think it should be too difficult for you to study on your own. Any history course is class you should self study for anyways, since after all you must read the text book to understand history.

World History period. I literally slept through the entire course and got a 4. A very, very limited knowledge is necessary to get a 4.

Any good recommendations for AP Economics (micro, macro) self study?

Why didn’t you put government and US history?

My school offers APUSH but not AP Econ. Any good text books/study guides for AP Econ?

Psych is pretty use if u use barrons, stats if u are good at using a calculator and human geo is not too bad either; environ is common sense

Environ is the easiest out of them all to self-study. I did last year. Read the AP book once through straight the day before and got a 5.

Psych I am self-studying this year, but so far it seems easy.

Right now for the ones on your list, I am in AP Econ (Micro and Macro), Stat, and Bio. Stat and Bio I do not recommend self-studying. Bio is a lot of reading. No AP book has all of the information that you will need for the test. You would need an actual text book to read. If you are good at math/working with a calculator, you can do stat. Personally, I am not, but actually taking the class makes it easier for me.

You can easily self-study econ. My advice for an AP book, is 5 steps to a 5. My econ teacher swears by it. There is not a lot of information to the course, you just have to know everything that there is well to apply it to their questions.
