Which study guide for AP World History is better: The Princeton Review or The Barron’s, and why?
BTW, I already have the Princeton Review one.
I have the 2012 edition, by the way.
Princeton for sure for me. I bought both last year, and I found that Barron’s had waaaaaaaay too much information. Princeton isn’t dense at all and all the major points are summarized neatly, and I think it does a better job at explaining the major concepts and trends that occurred throughout history.
For me I used Barron’s last year and got a 5. It’s a lot more comprehensive and I recommend it if you like history, but overall both prep books are good.
I got The Princeton Review and I didn’t use a page of it. I used getafive.com to study. It was amazing and thorough and got me a 5
