Computer science is generally above all others to the point that I consider it separately from engineering in terms of jobs available, job prospects, geographic considerations, and the like.
After that, hard to say because it depends a lot on the industry you are in. MechE and EE are pretty common throughout the country. Materials Science and ChemE are geographically strong in some places, weak in others. Civil varies. Industrial is best evaluated with business, as it is essentially supply chain management with an added layer of math.
Also, economic and industry cycles change the job markets. Things may be different four years from now. 1998 frosh CS majors had a hard time finding jobs at graduation in 2002.
