Hi all,

First time poster here, so please go easy on me. :)

My question is which B-School should I go?

UCLA or USC ?

I know UCLA has better ranking, but I keep hearing people telling me that USC has a far better alumni-network. And in business world its all about the connections.

Also the cost is about the same but USC has smaller classes.

I did my part of research and its very hard for me to choose:

UCLA 40~45% lecture, 5% team project, 30% case study with 20% others
USC 30% lecture, 30% team project, 30% case study with 10% others

UCLA ranked (#10 usnews, and #12 Bus week) USC (#29 usnew, #21 Bus week)

I am not very sure which direction I want to take yet for B-school... I got my BS in engineering and been working as an engineer for the past four years. However, I know if I want to move up in any company I need to get a good MBA degree and I am also thinking about going into financing or investment, because I find engineer work to be very boring and the pay is uncompareable with Investment or fiance profession.
