Mimi came first.

The egg.

(Using the theory of evolution) Any evolutionary mutations would have to had taken place in the embryo, i.e., the egg.

Result: A non-chicken organism laid a chicken egg, which grew into a chicken. The new chicken mated with a non-chicken organism from the aforementioned species, and propagated it’s genes.

QED.

A circle has no beginning.

heh.

Oh come on. CC is better than this.

egg, reptiles came before birds, no ****…

Eggs were around way longer than chickens, with the knowledge that not only chickens lay eggs. Like Pawn_H7 stated, reptiles and that whole era lays eggs, and as such, perhaps because of some mutant genetic change, formed the first chicken, but there were eggs way before chickens ever existed.
