All are equally good. I assume there are cost differences. If so, I’d choose the cheapest option…one where you don’t have to go into too much debt. If costs are the same, then I’d look at campus environment and choose the one you like best.

I visited rutgers and took a program for a few months, and I HATED the place.
It is located in an ugly town called New Brunswick, boring, small and people their are so so.
The college experience was bad too. The only plus is that you can go to NYC in like an hour. You can also go to Philly, New Port, Atlantic City and many other near cool places.

They’re all relatively the same. Probably NCState or Penn State if they are affordable, next Northeastern, next Rutgers? (although Northeastern as a whole is stronger than either NCState or Penn State, I think these two have the edge when it comes to ChemE.)
Can you give us (tuition+ R&B) - (grants+scholarships) = ?
What’s your parents’ budget?

NC State and Penn State are top 20 Chem E programs, Rutgers is a tier lower, Northeastern a tier lower still.

NC State has tons of internship and post grad job opportunities in the Triangle. Penn State obviously sits in a much more rural setting. Lots of Big Ten rather than ACC action.

Unless money is in the mix, see Rutgers and Northeastern as the weaker options here.
