Hey hi, I know this isnt exactly a thread about which college to choose, but i was wondering if someone could help me in picking out the best business school in Entrepreneurship out of, 1) Wisconsin Madison, 2) Babcock-Wakeforest, N.C 3) Carlson, University of Minnesota 4) UIUC-IL

I would sincerely appreciate some guidance,

thanks!

The only one of these four that was ranked by USNW in Entrepreneurship was Wake Forest, which tied for 16th.

When comparing the four schools overall in business, the USNW rankings are: University of Illinois, University of Wisconsin and University of Minnesota--all tied at #12, and Wake Forest tied at #30.

When comparing the schools in general, USNW ranks them Wake Forest--tied at #27, Univ of Wisconsin--tied at #34, University of Illinois--#42, and University of Minnesota--tied at #74.

I checked the majors at each school and found that University of Wisconsin has no entrepreneurship major, but the other three do.

Obviously these are all approximately equal in strength. Have you had a chance to visit any of these schools in person--and have you talked to their professors in the entrepreneurship area?

Also, are any of these in-state for you (meaning cheaper)?

I guess I would be leaning toward Wake Forest #1, Illinois #2, and Minnesota #3--with Wisconsin last (#4) because of no entrepreneurship program. But obviously college visits would go a long way to helping you make a better decision.
