Which college has the best party scene

Alright, I know UCSC isn't much of a party school, but of all of the colleges, which one is the most party oriented? I'm a male btw...if that makes any difference :D

EDIT: Another question. Which college is the most social?

Cowell/Stevenson. It tends to attract most of the fit/athletic people since it’s so close to the gym. And it has the best looking girls lol.

That’s a definite plus for me…I work out 5 days a week so being conveniently placed next to a gym would be nice.

Thank you. What can you tell me about the actual rooms in cowell and or stevenson?

Cowell has the typical college dorm set up. Apartment like building with hundreds of students in them. Stevenson has Houses. There are 8 Houses in Stevenson with around 50 students in each of them. We still live in dorms and you can choose a single (usually reserved for upper class-men), doubles, triples, and quads. What I like about living in a house instead of living in apartment-like buildings is that you get to know almost everyone in your house. In huge apartment building you most likely wont. Everyone in my house knows each other and are really close. I can always go to dinner and know I’ll have someone to eat/sit with. I also think Stevenson has better looking girls than Cowell too lol.

^ That is not the Cowell college set up. Cowell has 7 residential buildings with about 50-70 students in each of them.

I’m in Cowell and I lived in the dorms last year. I would actually pick Stevenson if I could re-choose, they had much more of a party scene than Cowell did.

I might have exaggerated a bit but Cowell definitely has more students per building than Stevenson.

Theres a party scene at all the colleges to a certain extent, just depends on the friends you make, I live at Porter now and theres never a weekend that I can’t find something to do.

All of the colleges are social and have some sort of a party scene but stereotypically I would say porter/kresge. I have friends over at porter and I do have to say they are probably the most social and have probably have the biggest party scene

I’m a surfer, a big stoner, and i like to party. but i’m not artsy, or a hippy - more bro.
I’m having a lot of trouble picking a college at UCSC for this fall. I was looking into cowell, stevenson or porter, but i want to be with people who aren’t “weird”, and are down to earth.
Anyone have suggestions for where i should go?
