Hi, I am a senior in high school and I have been accepted into UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, Cal Poly Pomona, and Chapman University. In UC Riverside I have gotten a $2,000 per year Regents scholarship. In Chapman University, I have gotten a $22,000 per year scholarship and a guaranteed spot on their golf team. I just wanted some information on which college I should choose and why I should choose that compared to the other colleges.
Oh, also I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and might want to specialize into graphic designing and animation, but not sure yet. I might want to do a business aspect as well, but I am not sure yet of the specialization.
All things equal, I’d give the nod to UCSC but, I am not the one who has to live with the decision. Can you afford them all? If so, walk the campuses, talk to students and faculty - one will feel like home.
