Hi, I am a senior in high school and I have been accepted into UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, Cal Poly Pomona, and Chapman University. In UC Riverside I have gotten a $2,000 per year Regents scholarship. In Chapman University, I have gotten a $22,000 per year scholarship and a guaranteed spot on their golf team. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I just wanted some information on which college I should choose and why I should choose that compared to the other colleges.
Cal Poly Pomona or Chapman.
Cal Poly Pomona is underrated, it’s really good for STEM
I think Chapman is the best out of all of those, but I’m not sure for STEM/Comp Sci
UC Riverside isn’t all that for Comp Sci, & UCSC is better
Yes, I am thinking about Cal Poly Pomona. Although Chapman is really well known for its Business and Film program, a lot of my dad’s colleagues(computer science recruiters) have not heard about Chapman at all for computer science and don’t specifically hire from there. However, a lot of them commend Cal Poly’s and really recommend Cal Poly Pomona
