Which College Should I pick?

Hey guys,
I’ve been going back and forth about which college i should pick. The choices are Rutgers University, University of Maryland, and University of Minnesota. I know that preferences matter in these decisions, but really, I’m fine with any of these three colleges (I eliminated the colleges that I didn’t really like, or the ones that were too expensive). So I figured it would be nice to have your input.

Potential Majors (I’ll probably double major, but we’ll see):
Environmental Science, Economics, Marketing

Rutgers:
I’m probably going to go to the business school (rather than the School of Arts and Sciences or SEBS) if I go here because I got a $5500 scholarship to this college (which brings the total cost down to around $22-23k per year.). I also got into the honors program (SAS Honors which also applies to the Business school) here.
UMD:
Got into the Scholars Program here, and the EFC is $23000 (I also got the presidents scholarship ($12k per year) and the AGNR scholarship ($2500 per year), but from what I understand, it doesn’t decrease the EFC – and so the total cost might be closer to $27K).
UMinn:
I understand that this is overall a better college, and the total cost comes down to around $21000, but I didn’t get into the honors program here.

Money matters to me-- cause I want to go to law school, but I’m not sure how much difference ~$5k per year would make.

Sigh.

So yeah… Whatever advice you have, I’ll take it, cause I’m stuck.

Rutgers is nearly as cheap as Minnesota, plus you got into the Business school AND the Honors Program. I don’t see what the issue is here.

I would choose Maryland because they are a very strong school academically. Great social life. The proximity to DC is a plus, especially if you plan on going into law. Just my thoughts.

I would also choose UMD. Are all of the costs you listed per year?

UMD

@Matt846‌ yeah, those are per year costs.
