Which college to go into for computer science?

I am choosing between UCSB, UCI, or Cal Poly SLO.

Current UCSB 2nd year

UCSB’s engineering college is top notch. I would absolutely go here over UCI and Cal Poly, and not just because I already go here. The other programs aren’t as strong.
