Which colleges do I have a solid shot at getting into/where should I apply

I’m a rising senior this year, and would like some suggestions as to where I should apply to.

Profile:
Asian (Chinese) male, Mid-Atlantic Area, highly competitive suburban public high school

Stats:
GPA: 4.00/4.90
Rank: Currently unknown (doesn’t come out until October for our school), but definitely top 5 percent in a medium-sized class
SAT: 1590, 800 math, 790 reading/writing
SAT 2: 790 Math 2 (idk what went wrong that day, but don’t feel like retaking), 800 Bio, 800 Chem
AP Scores: 5 Calc AB
5 Bio
5 Physics C Mech
5 Chem
5 Stats
5 English Lang
4 Psych
4 Macroeconomics
4 WH
4 US Gov

Recs:
Should be decent, at least 7/10. One STEM subject, one English. Both teachers have known me for two years, and I had both in junior year also.

ECs: really generic…
Multi-season varsity athlete (all 3 years)
Over 100 hours volunteering at blood center (2 years)
Mock Trial (officer), have had some success on regional level
National Honor Society (officer), do about 30 volunteer hours per year for this
DECA (have qualified for nationals, 2 years)
Likely starting a STEM-related internship in senior year fall (prior to apps)

I am interested in majoring either in bioengineering (most likely), materials science, or chemical engineering. School size does not matter at all to me, but feel like I would not be able to stand a “fratty” or “party” environment. Location does not matter. What schools would make good matches for me? Thanks in advance.

What is your college budget?
