Which engineering should I choose?

I know I probably shouldn't be posting this and some mod will probably delete it pretty soon (please don't), but anyways, here goes.

I'm having trouble deciding what engineering to do. The choices I have are CIVIL, MECHANICAL, COMPUTER, ELECTRICAL, CHEMICAL, GEOLOGICAL, MATERIALS.

I want to work in Canada, if that makes a difference. Which field has the most job prospects? What are some pros and cons of some of the various fields? Which field has more city jobs?

UGGGH...thanks :)

Do you like working with your hands?
Do you like programming?
Do you like working outside?
Do you like bridges?

It basically depends in which fields u r most interested and in which fields u r good at. If u have no preference, then as far as I know mechanical, computer, electrical and chemical are the most in demand. I personally am in favour of mechanical engineering because its a very diverse field.

Pick the one you like the most. Any of those fields will have good job prospects, but you’ll be most successful in the one you actually enjoy.

If you don’t know which one you enjoy… well, for the most part those should have the same lower div pre-reqs, so you’ve still got time to explore. Try taking a class in the ones you’re drawn to the most, and see if you how you feel about each major after that.
