ACT score, Community Service, or GPA? I personally think ACT score but I don't really know exactly how important of a factor it is in the admissions decision. Thoughts?

ECs and GPA.

^
I agree,
EC’s and GPA

Of those 3, GPA.

Let’s say my GPA is already a 3.99 and I’m currently a junior. Wouldn’t ACT play a pretty big factor?

What’s the logic behind that…?

In my opinion, I think the most important factor would be GPA because unlike test scores, grades are earned over a period of four years whereas one only gets a few tries at making a good score on a test and colleges know that. All of the factors you listed are important, however, I would say that the order goes GPA, test scores and community service. Like the other posts above me, I also think that extracurriculars are an important factor; equivalent to or greater than test scores.

All three. Without all of them, you’re unlikely to get accepted to top colleges. Period. It’s silly to play the either/or game, because top colleges have enough applicants that they won’t be playing that game; they’ll be picking the students with all of the above.

CS is a type of EC, though it’s not more valuable than other activities.

GPA. And EC’s. And who you are. And, unfortunately, testing. . .

And: brace yourself for the easy accessibility of alcohol and drugs and smokables. You know, just not to get overboard.
