Do I have a chance?? I know my GPA is low but I show a really great upward trend/maturity over my high school years!

Woops, sorry, I see NY.
Hmmnn.
I say Whitman and Vassar, as easiest to get into. Then Macalester. Then Bates.
Tough coming from Ny.
Have you seen Whitman?

I also see you want a moderate LAC. I would not put Macalester in there…and you don’t want super jocky vibe. Maybe don’t put Bates on there?
Whitman is very outdoorsy…very dead town. Some love it, some hate it. But very few kids from New England go there…so that really may boost your chances. What schools have you seen that you loved?

Many of your previous posts make it appear you are trying to do the right thing to “look good” for your college applications, vs. presenting who you are. Colleges would most likely see through that. Be as authentic as possible.

What about Conn College, Lewis and Clark, Beloit, Skidmore, College of Wooster.

noooo! thats awful haha I mean honestly this little profile is fairly minimalistic…I wasn’t going to write a paragraph about the importance of every extra cirricular thing I did (then who would read it?). I just wanted a brief taste of what I do I do.
