Which one of my colleges would you say is the best? Really need opinions !

<p>So I've been accepted to the colleges bellow. Now just rank them by how good they are 1 the best 5 the worst. I feel so bad personally I aimed at the wrong colleges getting rejected from 3. I'm not sure if I will transfer in 1 or 2 years though. If i wanted to do that which one would be the best. </p>

Washington College (in Maryland)
Harrisburg Penn state</p>

<p>Please reply and thank you a lot if you do reply! Trying to decide what I should do here. Tomorrow I'm going to try and work things out with finical aid for some of the colleges on my lists.</p>
