<p>anyone knows anything about civil engineering at RPI?
I am interested in earthquake eng, it is said RPI is among the best within this area, a professor said they would send out second round offer for Phd students very soon, he asked me if I would accept it.
I also got AD with 1 semster tuition waive from UC-Berkeley, major in engineering&Project management.
To me, I want to learn structures, but UCB's program is also appealing to me, while money is also a big issue.</p>
