Recommendations:

Good. My French teacher said I was one of the top 5 students he's had in 45 years of teaching!

Essays: Not very amazing (I'm working on it..)

Prospective Major: French and International Relations

Out of these schools, which ones do you think I can really get into?

American University
Boston University
George Washington University
Miami University (OH)

I'm absolutely DYING to get into American! Do you think I should start the process of convincing myself it isn't going to happen? Please be honest! I don't want to have unrealistic expectations.

Pigeon: Yes, I know. In fact, I bombed science. It’s not hard to see that I really struggle in the math/science areas. Good thing I don’t plan to go into anything involved that :P.

See, I always thought GWU would be the hardest, but I guess it is really BU that is the hardest

American would be lucky to get you! I honestly think you have a good shot at all… BU being the hardest.

Get feedback on your essays and do more drafts until you’re super happy with them. Remember, make them personal so the reader has a sense of who you really are.

I love you guys! I feel more hopeful about getting into American (yet I’m trying to keep my guard up against disappointment). If I could just get into AU I wouldn’t care at all if I got into BU or GWU. :P

Well, thanks so much! Keep 'em coming hehe.
