Which PhD for Wall Street?

Yes, I am one of those guys who plans out their whole lives so sorry for that.

But last question (lol) can someone who scores highly in tests and stuff he has been taught do well in a PhD even if he or she doesn't have the math ability to work out solutions and solve stuff he/she hasn't been taught?

Or must you be at the ability of being able to learn/find stuff that isn't in a textbook?

Shore,

A PhD isn't something you can really study for or excel at if you are a good test taker. You need to be able to learn new concepts, perform research and most of all make a worthy contribution to your field and thus write a dissertation.

Just relax right now and go to college. It is way too early to be thinking about graduate school.
