Which prep books are good for GRE Revised General Test?

Hello!

I am planning to start preparing for a GRE Revised General Test.

Although I downloaded some GRE apps on my tablet, I believe they are not enough.

Which prep books (Princeton Review, Barrons, etc) are good for GRE?

Also is there any good software for GRE?

Princeton Review and Manhattan GRE Prep are pretty good IMO

I can’t speak for any of the others, but I took a 10 week Princeton Review course and it was fantastic. Having an actual class was great, so I’d def recommend that if you can afford it. You can by the book by itself for pretty cheap, but the most valuable thing about the course though is the online access you get with it. It had 9 practice tests (rather than just the free one anybody can do) and detailed video lectures for each topic.

If you can’t do that, though, at least go to the PR website and see if they’re running any “bootcamps” in your area. It’s basically a free super-condensed 3 hour course and the free concise prep book they give you is just as good as the bigger one.
