SAT I is the one that colleges look at FIRST, my suggestion would be to do that ASAP, especially since you are a senior and your deadline for applications would be the end of December. SAT II from what I have understood is required only by some colleges.

Are you an international student GoCollege?
I think that if you plan to take them both, take SAT II first, because you're taking IB program, therefore it would take not so long a time to prepare for SAT II.
Take SAT II first, then you have plenty of time ahead to deal with SAT I!

I suggest studying really hard for the SAT, but if you mess up, try studying for and taking the ACT since you don't have another chance for the SAT. Or you could condense those 2 SAT II dates into one with a bit of effort to make room for another try at the SAT if necessary. I suggest you sign up for 3 SAT IIs in November. You will have your SATI October results back by then, and if you don't feel like you want another try at the SAT, only take 2 of the 3 SAT IIs in November. Then sign up for December SATII and take that. Good Luck!

Here's what I would do in your predicament:

~October- SAT I

~November- Math Level 2, Physics, and one other (preferably US History, Literature, or a foreign language)

~December- Depending on your scores here is your chance to make it up. If you decide your SAT I score is good enough, take World History and retake any bad SAT II scores.
