I'm planning on taking 3 sat II tests and I don't know which ones to take.
I have myself fixed pretty well in chem and bio, but I don't know which one I should take for the third one.
Do colleges prefer one or the other?
Which should I take?

Think about what you may major in and use that as a guide.

It depends. Most people would recommend you take them in a subject you are exceptionally good in, or a subject you did an AP class for (except math, since calculus is not tested on either math test, and the little statistics that they do test is but a small portion of what you would learn in AP stat). Generally, schools that require subject test only require two, with the exception of Princeton, Harvard, and Georgetown. Some schools have specific requirements (Harvey Mudd requires Math II and one other test, UC’s only accept Math II, engineering schools tend to favor one math & one science, etc…). Think about which schools you wanna apply to and check out their requirements.

Definetely think about what you want to major in and take that. Most of the people at my school take 3: 1 math, 1 liberal arts, 1 science. You can take more to play with your strengths. Good luck to you!

Math II, Bio or Chem plus a liberal arts subject or foreign language. If you can not complete above 3 subjects in one test. You may take both Bio and Chem if you feel really strong on them. This means you may have 4 SAT II scores which is not a bad thing.

Do people ever take Math 1 and Math 2?
