Which SAT II's Should I Take? (Environmental Science or Studies Major)

So, I’m applying to either 6 or 7 schools total, here’s my list:

Harvard
Yale
Brown
Berkeley
CU Boulder
UT Austin
Trinity (Still on the fence)

Harvard is the only one that I for sure need subject tests for, and if I make it in, I’d be majoring in ESPP, so I think I want to tailor them to that. The thing is, I’ve taken regular math for all of high school because it’s my weakest subject, so I don’t know if I should take Math II or not… I don’t want to take Physics or Chemisty because my last experience with Chem was 2 yrs ago and Physics was terrible last year (teacher didn’t know anything, got high 90’s in the class and a 3 on the exam). That pretty much leaves me with Bio E/M as something relevant to environmental science - I’ve also debated doing literature because I’m strong in English/Language arts.

Any input would be amazing, thanks for helping!
