Hello.

I was wondering if anyone could help me choose which SAT II's I should take. I'm trying to get into Princeton, so what do you think?

(I've decided between Literature, World History, Biology, Chemistry, German, or Spanish. I only need three. And I'm better at biology, but would chemistry look better?)

Thanks!

I mean any ivy league school

hey, I'm a junior in HS and just completed my 3rd SATII.

I'm no pro at this, but if I were you I would take whichever you would get the best scores in, and try to have some diversity in subject.

dewie, which SAT IIs you take is immaterial, with the following caveats: 1) If you take Math, the two different Math SAT IIs don't count separately, only one counts; and 2) if you plan to major in a science, you should probably take either the Math IIC and/or a science (any) test.

The way to choose which SAT II to take is to take practice tests from the Real SAT II practice book. Take the two or three SAT IIs for real on which you perform best in practice. You will generally do best on tests taken in classes you just finished. These schools consider only your 2 (Yale) or 3 (Harvard) best SAT II scores. Whichever they are. The only benefit from taking more than 2 or 3 is if you can receive language credit for a good score in a language SAT II. Otherwise, taking more than 2 or 3 does you no good.
