Which SAT II's to take?

So I have a list of Potential SAT II's I might take:
SAT II MATH IIC (Level 2)
SAT II Chem
SAT II French
SAT II Chinese
SAT II BIO

So Basically I'm asking which one's should I take, I only need to take three. Some backgrounds:
I'm fluent in Chinese even though I was born here.
I took French for 2 years, and I'm planning to take another year of it, but it wont be a French AP class.
I've taken a Honors BIO class, and this upcoming Junior Year I'm taking the AP class
I've just taken Chem H
And I've taken Trig/Anlt For math this year.

I just need your help on deciding one which SATS I should take, like Bio or Chem. Or should I take both? And Which Bio SAT II, E or M? I know I'm taking Math for sure, but should I take 2 Sciene SATS and neglect foreign languages completly, or should I do 1 science, 1 math, and 1 foreign language? Thanks for the help guys.

If you are fluent in Chinese, take that one. Also take Math II as it has a nice curve and you will cover most things next year (if you are in Pre Calc or soemthing like that).

Take Bio if you are in AP.

Take these in May of Junior Year and maybe again in June if you need to retake or try different ones.

Take Chinese, not French. Two or possibly even three years of French won't get you as high a French score as you can get on Chinese.

Bio vs. chem doesn't really matter; take whichever one you feel you're best at.

Definitely take Math II. A lot of the schools want to see a Math one.

take chinese math II and bio.

Okay...So then Bio E or M?
And Also, if you submit 4 SAT II's would colleges like that? (Saying that they're four really good scores)
