I want to be in the math/science field later in college. The test I took this year as a sophomore is AP World History. Next year I am going to take AP Chemistry and AP Calculus AB, and will plan to take AP Physics C, AP Computer Science A, and AP Calculus BC during my senior year. My plan is to take SAT Biology E, SAT US History, and SAT Math 2 (I took a semester of honors biology and WILL TAKE a year of regular US history). Would it make sense to take SAT chemistry/physics if I know those better? Or take subjects which don't relate with my classes/AP tests?

it seems like you answered your own questoin. take the tests that relate to your classes. that is the smart choice. if i were you i would take chemistry, math 2, and may be physics. but you know what you’re best at, so just see which ones you can score the best in.

Thanks, well now I’m debating between SAT II Chemistry and SAT II Biology. I’m sure I could cram biology by studying this summer and every once in a while during the school year. I’m already going to take AP Chemistry, so would colleges prefer AP Chem + SAT Bio or AP Chem + SAT Chem?

EDIT: Well I will go with chemistry, took a practice test and did well on it.
