Which school for Civil Engineering?

Of the schools I was accepted to, I think these are my top picks. Wondering if anyone has any strong opinions about the pros/cons to these schools for Civil Engineering major programs. Any insights would be great!

University of Maryland - College Park
University of Connecticut
Virginia Tech
University of Delaware`

Net price and debt?

Are they all ABET accredited? The cheapest.

Can you afford these schools? At least three are out-of-state publics.

In-state for MD, but got $18k a year for UCONN and $8k/year Delaware, not sure about money from VT yet. I will definitely consider the money aspect, but wondering if anyone has any feedback about the actual schools and/or engineering programs. *I know UMD is a great school, but really would like to go away for college. Thanks!

University of Maryland is a great school, in a nice location.
University of Connecticut is ranked equally to Maryland, and you have a scholarship, so I would definitely consider it.

Although, Virginia Tech is the only one of these schools in the Top 100 for civil engineering.
