Which school has better undergraduate system for Math? (UCB, UCLA, UCSD)

I know UCSD should be off the list but just wanna know how good UCSD math program has.
Between UCB and UCLA, I am wondering which school does have a better program for undergraduate program.
Math majors at UCLA should take much more than UCB though.
