I was wondering which school has the strongest undergraduate math program - Berkeley, Davis, SLO, UCLA, UCSD or UCSB College of Creative Studies. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

UCLA and UCBerkeley are generally regarded as the best math and science UC’s, especially if in addition to math classes u want to take engineering courses. Not sure how ur stats are, but Harvey Mudd and of course Caltech are incredibly good for math, although they are super selective and very expensive.

Stats aren’t bad - 4.0 UW, 4.68 W, 33 ACT (35 on Math section), 5 on AP Calc BC with a subscore of 5 on AP Calc AB, not so great Math Level 2 SAT subject test - 690. Unfortunately we have a fairly high EFC, so we really didn’t look at the super expensive private schools that primarily offer need-based aid.
