Which school is better?

It's almost universally recognized that UC Berkeley Haas is better than USC Marshall.

For the undergraduate degree, how much better is Haas than Marshall?
Also, if Cal is better than USC, how much better?

Take into consideration job placement, prestige, quality of education.

UC Berkeley is much better and more regarded than USC. USC is more comparable to UCLA.

Berkeley for sure.

Pandapwner, I acknowledged that Berkeley is better than USC. What I asked is to what extent?
Can anyone else offer some insight? Personal experiences or anything?

Anyone???

Haas is seen as tier 1.5, which is only below HBS, Stanford, and Wharton.

Marshall is in tier 2.5, which is quite a bit worse than the tier Berkeley belongs in.

The prestige of a business school does matter a lot (as opposed to undergrad pre-med, pre-law, etc). You will have much better career opportunities at Haas.

The only question when it comes to Haas is whether you want to be in a position where you might not get in after applying as a 2nd year student whereas with Marshall you are accepted as a Freshman.

I am referring to undergraduate business

I would play safe and choose USC. If you don’t get accepted to Haas you will be heart broken but if you are ready to take the risk, Berkeley should be the obvious choice.
