Some schools seem to give you a specific time limit and they adhere to it and don't ask you for an additional song or monologue while some may ask for more if they either aren't sure or if they like you and want to hear more. Anyone know which schools ask for more.
Seems CCM is cut and dry. The most they might do is ask a question or 2 which no one on these threads seems to know whether thats meaningful or not.
I am interested in whether UMich, PSU, Ithaca, BW are the type that stick to an exact schedule or if they ask for more. Or more specifically, if they have a call back are you expected to do fresh material or the same thing you did in your audition?

The callback my D had at PSU involved ear-training only. This year, one of my other students was asked for a second monologue at Syracuse.

My D was asked "What else have you got?" as far as music at University of the Arts and Syracuse and had to do an additional monologue or two at Carnegie Mellon.

My D did extra stuff for BoCo, which is where she wound up.

Also, at Unifieds, PSU gave my D 15 minutes' warning to cut her monologue down to 60 seconds from 90 seconds and her song down to 16 bars. So be prepared for that, just in case.

It is always a good idea to have your songs available in both 16- and 32-bar cuts, and to have a one minute monologue ready to go.
