Which schools care about Writing SATs?

I am a junior in high school, and just took the SATs for the first time. I did fairly well on the Math and Critical Reading sections, and I did really well on the Writing section. After looking at the accepted scores of a bunch of schools I have interest in, I'm curious how many actually care about the Writing scores. From a little research, the general concensus has been that some schools are beginning to care about the writing SATs, but others still don't take them into account. For many of the schools, my Math/CR scores were slighty below average, but my scores out of 2400 were well above average. If any one has any ideas on if/to what extent the following schools care about the Writing SATs, that would be great!

Cornell University
Boston College
Middlebury College
Bates College
University of Rochester
Colgate University
Hamilton College
Colby College
Lehigh University

Please let me know!

If you go on the collegeboard website and look up the colleges on your list, you’ll be able to see how they use the essay part of the writing sections. For example, it looks like Cornell doesn’t use it it all, Middlebury uses it for admission, and Boston College uses it both for admission and as a quality/validity check on your application essay.

Sometimes the college website will also tell you whether the writing section is considered during the admissions process.

Oh,I didn’t know you could do that on the College Board website. Thank you for the advice
