Which Schools Did You Turn Down for UCLA?

haha my bad
You can tell I REALLY wanted to go to that school lol.

SCU. (not a typo)

It was between NYU, UCLA, and USC.

I was also accepted to UCR (Regents), UCI, and Boston University.

Ended up choosing UCLA, obviously. :)

UNC, Michigan, and Penn State.

Improvisator, I was choosing between the exact same 3 schools. Also picked UCLA.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to attend USC or NYU (I'm into music and film), UCLA is the cheapest right now. I plan on transfering in the future, once I get those GE credits out of the way.

I turned down Northwestern, NYU Stern, Cornell, UCB, and USC for UCLA.

<3 UCLA

Berkeley and UCSD.

Cal.

(Yeah...Just Cal.)

:)

Harvard, Princeton, Cal (Alumni Scholar), NYU, University of the Pacific (with scholarship), UC Santa Barbara (Honors program), UC Davis (Regents), Whittier

My #1 choice was Stanford, but I was deferred and eventually rejected.
The decision finally came down to UCLA and Princeton.....and you know what I chose. :)

Congratz on Harvard and Princeton.

You're a true Bruin :)

My son turned down Cal, UCSD Regents Scholar, UCI Regents Scholar, USC Presidential 1/2 tuition, Iowa Honors, and UA Honors.

wow... so many UCLA over cal decisions... i hope i made the right choice... cal 2010 here.

^ Wrong thread. ;)

Texas McCombs and Rutgers honors. I was waitlisted at Cornell and UVA, but I'll turn them down if I get off the waitlist now.

Cornell(college of engineering) , Columbia University(Fu Foundation School of Engineering), UCSD, UC Irvine Regents, UC Davis Regents, Berkeley, Waitlist/Stanford

USC, University of Michigan, SLO

cal, santa barbara, davis (regents), university of washington, boston university, george washington (half tuition), brandeis
