What are my reach, match, and safeties? PLEASE LET ME KNOW! thanks...im running out of time cuz i have to start applying! THANK YOU!

Will you marry me?

Since I don't know what schools you want to apply to...it's kind of hard to give your your reach, match, and safeties. But if you're interested in the Ivies, then I'd say the bottom ones are match/slight reach and HYP are reaches (due to your SAT score).

lol......r u serious?

SAT is way too low. EC is off the chart. I assume lower IVY is possible.

Raise the SAT score by 200 points and you'll be a highly competitive applicant.

With the SAT score where it stands, you have some problems. But your stellar, although excessive EC's and excellent grades put you in the running.

All those random clubs show no focus. SHOW SOME. QUICKLY.

Will you marry me Apollo? I'll pay you! :P

How do your SAT II's look?

...You're kidding me. Your SAT scores won't phase you out one bit, no matter where you apply. The number of EC's and awards are crazy.... The only thing that my phase you is if you're an international student who needs financial aid.

thanks so much!...i dont think i need financial aid..my parents said that they would sell their souls for money if it would increase my chances...lol.........wut do yall think? do i have a good chance?

why do you wanna marry me??? lol......i think thats so silly! lol...

"lol......r u serious?"

Apollo, which part of my post did you feel was not serious? If you mean the SAT part, I'm dead serious about that. You'll definitely want a higher score. You do have excellent Ecs, but that will not make up for grades/test scores.

You're just too nice...I think thats it.
Gosh, a "yes" would have been sufficient...

sup-I think Apollo was referring to the marriage proposal above your post.

Apollo-I don't think your scores take you out of the running completely by any means but you really should try to show some focus in your ECs and raise the scores if possible. Good luck!

ivy league admissions are not all about sats, sat ii and gpa its about unique extra curricular activities too, for example, from my school last year, 2 top seniors who ranked 1 and 2 in computer programming, 4.7 gpa, 1580 sats, and sat ii--> physics, math, bio and chemistry 800s and westinghouse siemens finalists, one of them reached the isef finals and the other made the us physics team. well both applied to 3 schools, mit, stanford and caltech. both were rejected by caltech and mit, but one got into stanford while the other did even though they were similar in stats. the reason is that one of the kids did a program called semester a sea worth 20 thousand dollars while the other did not, and in this case it made all the difference

yes i was refering to the marriage proposal. lol. Well, I got accepted into the Stanford Summer session...which is like $11,000 (we're not paying for it all)...does that count? But it says in their literature that this program will not affect your admissions chances..

...guess thats a "no"...

:-(

lol....who ARE you? and what gender are you? lemme know and we'll talk ;) lol...

Uh, you responded to a post I made and you were the only nice one. So, I said "Oh! a boy from Texas...yay! I want to marry him!"

which one?..sry i forget......lol
