Which scores do I send?

I've taken the SAT twice and the ACT once. Which of these scores would be best to send to colleges if the colleges don't superscore for the SAT?

SAT cumulative: 1970
CR: 640
Math: 610
Writing: 720

SAT cumulative: 2010
CR: 630
Math: 600
Writing: 780

ACT cumulative: 29
English: 32
Math: 26
Reading: 29
Science: 27

With the SAT scores, I guess I'm wondering which matters more, the cumulative score or the individual scores? Would it be better if I submitted the 2010 with lower critical reading and math scores or if I submitted the higher critical reading and math scores with the lower cumulative? Does the fact that the second one has a 780 writing score make up for the fact that the CR and math scores are lower?
Please help!!!

Some school require you send 'em all SAT and ACT score. Others don’t stipulate such thing, in that case the choice is upto you. If the school would supper score SAT scores, then you have to weigh that against ACT score. THey don’t superscore ACT sectional scores, so in that case, it makes sense to send only the score with highest composite score.

Acquaint yourself with the school’s reporting requirement and then go from there. Coat can be a factor. For any number of SAT scores there is one flat charge per school. Even ACT score has separate charge.
