Which scores should I send! (ACT or SAT)

Here are my scores:

SAT I (first try)

Math: 690
CR: 620
Writing: 640

SAT I (second try)

Math: 650 (I know... my score went down but I'm hoping they just look at the 690 if I send both)
CR: 640
Writing: 650

My superscore is 1980. At this point, I think it is just high enough to be a neutral point, not a weak point, on my application.

ACT:

English: 33
Math: 31
Reading: 29
Science: 25 (This is a really bad score, especially for a future engineer. I can never do well on this section because I run out of time. If I go any faster, I won't get the problems right. I hope my 750 in SAT II Biology E will show that I am a strong science student.)
Composite: 30

A book I have says that a 30 corresponds to a 1980, so I don't know which score to send. I have heard that the English and Math sections on the ACT are the most important, so if that's the case, I should send those scores. I am tempted to just send all my scores. What do you guys think?

PS: I am applying as an electrical engineering major to Clarkson, Binghamton, RPI, Union, Lafayette, Villanova, and Northeastern.

Sending in all the scores should be fine.

Thanks, will they use the score they think is the best?

Probably, most college do that. Check each one’s website to make sure.

If you had to choose one or the other, I’d suggest the ACT. Otherwise, send both.

Thanks for the opinions. Would anyone agree that English and Math are the most important sections? English is roughly 730 and Math is roughly 690 in SAT terms according to this: http://www.act.org/aap/concordance/index.html

any more opinions?

After talking with a Lafayette admissions officer, I have decided to send all my scores.
