Which tier 1 colleges can i get in with these stats and EC?

SAT score - 1540
SAT 2- not taken but according to mock tests i should get 800,800 in physics and maths 2
GPA: Well i attended IGCSE curriculum so not GPA but I got 4 A* and 3 A
EC: Author of 3 published books all over 200 pages published by imprint of penguin. Wrote my first book at the age of 10, second at 11 and third at 17. Internships in astrophysics and physics. Owns a physics blog where i post my physics theories occasionally. I also volunteered in a program called JYEP where we used to go twice a week and educate students with moral values. I also took a project in which i tutored illiterate students with basic understanding of alphabets and mathematics for free in a month. I was the president of my debate club and founded a very unique club where we focused on unsolved mysteries of our universe like the arrow of time. I came in 99 percentile in an international Olympiad called IBT(international benchmark test). I also took a course in film making where i directed my own short film. I have also won many competitions in chess, debate and physics.
Nationality : Indian
AP: Did not give AP as they were not a part of my curriculum.
So can you please tell me according to my stats and EC which tier one colleges i have a chance to get in being an international student.

You probably have a shot at getting into almost any of them. But you also might be rejected by all of them – many brilliant students are. So apply to the highly selective schools that you think are the best fit for you, but be sure to give just as much thought to figuring out some appropriate safety schools (i.e., schools that will likely accept you AND that you can afford).

OP wrote: “published by imprint of penguin.”

OP: 6 days ago–April 24, 2020–you started a thread and posted that you had a score of 1440 on the PSAT. Today, six days later, you write that you have an SAT score of 1540.

Can you elaborate on the above ?

OP: Is English your first language ?

@tommyshelby are they all interchangeable in your mind? Use your time researching fit and then pose more thoughtful questions.

OP: I am concerned about your lack of writing skills. That is why I asked if English is your first language.

@Publisher Okay so i think i should apologize from everyone for not reviewing my question and not rereading to it make it infallible. So am really sorry once again for being off the mark. I should have included “projected” before my SAT score. They are just a prediction from what i scored from my PSAT. I scored a 1440 on my PSAT and the sentence “published by imprint of penguin” was a typo and a silly mistake made by me which would have been corrected if i would have reread my question. Oh i suck so much! i cant even post an irreproachable question. I deserve no college.

Oh stop it.

The SAT should be resuming at some point. Projected scores mean…nothing…absolutely nothing.

Some colleges will be going test optional for this admissions round, so check that.

And by “tier 1” colleges…what exactly do you mean?

You also need significant financial aid, right?
