Which top business university to opt for?

I'm an A level student from Pakistan and I need serious help deciding which of the top 100 universities to opt for? Also, I need universities offering great scholarships.
I completed my GCE O'levels in the year 2012 and got the following grades:
English: A*
Economics: A*
Mathematics: A
Urdu: A
Pakistan Studies: A
Principles of Accounting: A
Islamiyat: B
Business Studies: B.

Also, I've completed my AS level and opted for 3 subjects and got the following grades:
Economics: a
Accounts: a
Mathematics: a.
I'm passionate about the subject of economics and plan to opt for a mixture of economics and mathematics as the field I'd persue in the future. Also, I'm currently in A2 and confused about where to go and I really need scholarships, HELP NEEDED!

Also, i need to know what kind of extra co-curricluar activities I need to participate in if I need to get admission in a good foreign university?
I already took part in parliamentry debating in AS Level and aim to take part this year aswell. What about social work? I'm planning to join a hospital and would like to know what minimum time period I'd have to work there in order to get credit for this activity when applying for universities.

That’s where you lost me. Universities are going to see right through you if you decide to do activities that you think they want to see. So stop with that. Find things you want to do, and do them. They will recognize that you’re passionate about something IF you do things that YOU like. Not things that you think universities want to see. So if you like playing the ukulele, play the ukulele, and don’t fixate on playing the violin instead because for some reason you think universities prefer the instrument more. It’s just plain stupid.

And there is no “minimum time period”. When you apply to colleges, you say how long you work at a certain place or do a certain activity. That being said, don’t just work at a hospital because you think universities are going to welcome you for volunteering somewhere. Because they’re not.

Also what is your SAT score?

Because you need a lot of financial aid, apply to schools like Amherst and Williams which are known to be generous to international students.

Thanks for your guidance. It helped clear a lot of my misconceptions.
Well, I don’t intend to give SAT. And the universities you mentioned, are they from the top 100 universities of the world?

If you don’t intend to take the SAT or ACT, then you effectively have little to no chance at almost any good school in the US.

What about the business schools of UK or any other country that DO NOT consider SAT scores? Any suggestions?

No country requires these standardized tests other than the US, so you can look at any other country. I’m sure you can do a quick Google search and find several good universities.
In the UK, off the top of my head, look into:

Imperial
LSE
