2000 super-overachievers in your class each eyeing the other for getting into Medical School/Law School and/or Investment banking jobs?

I don't know why anyone would think Harvard is depressing. That campus is filled with driven and motivated students.

Harvard is my number 1 choice school all the way. And I'm not gonna try to change that to soften the blow if i dont get in.

Harvard! Then UPenn

UChicago... I like the "life of the mind" atmosphere. I'm sure that exists at Harvard, Princeton, Yale, etc. as well, but Chicago is also the place I've visited most and had most experience with in terms of watching classes and meeting students, so it might be information bias.

But Boston is close by-- tons of strip clubs (That what's my dad told me)

Brown. Go have a blast, be around fun, laid-back people, and still get into the great prof/grad schools like those miserable other students. ;)

DUKE! mhmmmmm :)

^That's really awesome that your dream university is one you've been admitted to. You're very fortunate :)

yes, i do consider myself very fortunate! good luck to all of you too.. i know alot of ppl here are holding out for march 29th decisions

Stanford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mmm, see, Harvard's only my fourth choice. There are a lot of things I don't like about it--flaws that I think Princeton & Yale specifically do a good job of correcting.

If I did get into all my top schools (which I'm hardly counting on, naturally), I'd spend a hell of a lot of time deciding between Wharton & Yale. Wharton = PERFECT place for business, but I'm not a huge fan of Penn as a whole, whereas Yale is pretty much my dream school. Princeton next, then Harvard, and then if Thursday ends up being horrible to me, I already got into Duke so I'd prolly head there.
