<p>Thought we could talk about colleges and get to know everyone! haha...the wait is killing me. </p>
<p>I'll go first. Hi my name is Woodle (my parents sadly named me that....no joke). I am asian. I am a girl. I am a nervous reck waiting for San Diego. It is very nice to meet you all!</p>

<p>I’m extremely nervous too. I feel like I most likely got rejected, but hey, I got into all my safeties, so at least I know I’m going to college! SD is my second choice.</p>
<p>Only 3 more hours, so not much of a wait. I’m gonna go and play some Final Fantasy VI while I wait. Gonna check the portal every 15 minutes.</p>
<p>SD is also my second choice to UCLA. If I can get into UCSD, I’d be so happy because it’s beautiful there and it’s just such a great school!</p>

<p>I feel like I got rejected too. My essays were extremely creative but getting into Davis makes me feel better that my essays were good essays…I really hope I get the snail mail really soon. I swear I am opening the door every 2 minutes.</p>
<p>UCSD used to be nowhere near the top of my list… but after visiting i just fell in love with the place.</p>
<p>@Caturday I pronounce it (Wood-dle) but most of my friends call me wood…it really sucked when I had a college interview with Colombia…they thought I was joking about my name… :[</p>

<p>I know of some older-generation (60+ yrs old) asians with names so unfortunate you would feel blessed.</p>
<p>One of them was literally named “feces” in the hokkien dialect because his Dad wanted an easy to remember name.</p>

<p>d’aww woodle is such a cute name! i visited ucsd, ucla, and usc a few months ago and they have such beautiful campuses and nice weather 
i really hope to get into berkeley or usc but i feel average/subpar compared to most of the other applicants</p>
<p>If we didn’t get the snail mail today does that mean we are not accepted</p>
<p>@Pitta101 it will be okay. I don’t think they send out all the acceptance letters at the same time by snail mail cause thats a lot of paper for the post office at one time. :]</p>

<p>I think it will be up hopefully by 2 ish…but I really wish it would be now. TT_TT WOODLES WANTS TO KNOW. But at least if I get rejected my dad made pho so I can eat my feelings. YAY EATING FEELINGS!</p>
