uc still pending-- come join..

join the club if all uc ( you see) is still pending on the websites. maybe they'll open a new school for us... ucsp!!!!!!!1Hey, it's better than being rejected-- not much better, but it's better!

FIGHT ON!

Still waiting for

UCSB
UCI
UC DAVIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (most interested)

and already accepted in Santa Cruz and Merced

I'm still waiting for every UC. This includes UCR, UCI, UCSD, UCSB, UCLA, UCB and USC as well.

I hate waiting!!!
Waiting for Berkeley, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Davis, and UCLA (hope hope). I wish they would hurry up!

UCSP could be the same as UC Merced lol

maybe in the future this waiting period would be a thing of the past....imagine...you fill out your application.....within minutes you get your decisions...hahaha

I'm looking for the group of people nervously biting their fingernails and unable to enjoy their spring break because they are going crazy with admissions anxiety. Am I in the right place?

lol I think you've found the right place!

I'm waiting for:
UCLA (and might I add, getting more nurvous by the day!)
UCB
UCR
UCSB
UCD
UCI

I've heard from UCSD and UCM now.

I think I'm going to try to make myself feel better (or worse) and actually make a trip out to visit UCLA over my Spring Break. I came to realize that I live 45 minutes (about 20 minutes if everybody in Los Angeles decides to stay home and I have the freeway to myself :)) from the Campus and I've really never seen much of it. So I figure I'm either going to feel much better, or just make myself so nurvous.

still waiting for UCLA UCR UCI UCSB UCD UCSD

i think we will be more nervous in the next month......as UCLA and Berkeley start to notify ppl....damn...still a month away.....really cannot wait...

well, for me UCLA would be ideal but I will be the first to admit it is a long-shot. I am just nervous about UCSB, because this is not only my second choice, but my most likely acceptance as well. Good luck everybody! Keep up your prayers/finger crossing!

I'm terrified about UCLA! I wish that they wuold move a bit quicker, since there is so much suspense.

UCLA ... pending
UCSD ... pending
UCI ... accepted
UCD ... pending

I was accepted to UCI over a week ago, STILL waiting on SB and SD, though I expected to know by now... And, ofcourse, waiting on Cal and LA, but we all knew those would be the killers.

Wow! Great thread, CCIsPrison!

Waiting for Cal, UCLA and UCD. Right now I'm "most" interested in UCD, because, well, if Davis lets me in, then that means I stand a chance with the other two. And if Davis does not let me in, then, that's IT.

My major is biochem, 3.54 transfer GPA. In my defense, I had a 4.0 until last semester, when I took OrganicChem 1, GenChem2, Bio1 and English2 all in the same semester. That's why I am soooo damn nervous about my application.

Davis sooo sucks.

i've just about given up hope. For some reason i dont feel as confident as i did about a month ago. i know i'll have a great time if i go to ucsc, but sb,davis or sd would be soooo much better. this wait is pretty bad and with my stats (3.1 history) i'm starting to realize my chances are rather slim.

Im getting nervous too... supposedly UCSB tries to admit every TAA applicant with the minimum prerequisites (3.2 Pol Sci). I talked to a counselor briefly once and she said i should be fine with my grades, but this waiting is giving me gray hairs. It doesnt help that everyone else on the forum is 3.5+ which is a constant reminder of a bad first semester on my part. best of luck prison! we may need it..

Cuesta, CCIsPrison - don't give up now! There may yet be hope. We know how the UCs give pretty random decisions anyway. :)

Besides, it's THEIR danggam loss (I'm sourgraping now).

But don't give up. You never know!

my counselor told me i was a lock for ucsc and ucsb and a pretty good shot at davis. he also told me that i shouldnt rule out sd. i had a horrible first semester too.. straight c's bio w/lab, econ, eng, and calc... i was lucky to pull 4 c's... but i havent had a c since my freshman year-- i hope they look at stuff like that-- sooo much stress...
