<p>Someone at my school said that permanent residents are considered as international students. Is that true???</p>

<p>My parents and I were both born in China, but we moved to the US when I was 5 and we're green card holders, but only my dad managed to establish citizenship.</p>

<p>Permanent residents are not considered as international students.
If your dad is a citizen, and you are under 18. Shouldn’t you be a citizen as well?</p>
