Who at CC is applying to Columbia?

Has anyone started receiving decision letters?

i’ve heard nothing. something has to come within the next few weeks though

I so want to go there for my j.d!

I’m applying ED as well. Just curious, how can I get out of ED once accepted ? My financial situation might change, can I defer so I can take a job to support my family?

deferment for a year is possible, but you need to write to the university and request it.

And you can get out of the ED agreement on the basis of insufficient financial aid (it’s been done countless times in the past.)

I LOVE COLUMBIA U!!!
although i am interested in other ivies.

RD to SEAS

2014!

RD to SEAS, 2014 as well!

I will apply ED and i am not applying to any other ivies

RD to the college =)

Who is applying as a transfer for fall 2010?

I would like to apply for transfer for Fall 2010!!

I’m applying to Columbia, I applied through QuestBridge College Match but i didnt get in. Now i’m applying regular decision through Questbridge and hopefully i’ll get in. I really want this and Columbia is my first choice.

I am! I know I’m only a junior, so I’ll be applying for Fall 2011, but I love everything about Columbia… New York City + superb humanities programs + multicultural/multinational environment (I’m going to be a foreign language major) + LOTS of internship opportunities = awesome. :D

RD to college.

Good luck everyone ( : Only about 40 days left!

I plan to apply to Columbia, which is why I am trying so hard to bring up my SAT/ACT scores.

I am! I’m sending my application next week… can’t wait

Good luck to all of you, fellow prospective Columbians :)

Applying to Columbia SEAS Early Decision. Hopefully I can atleast get deferred lol.

I’m planning on EDing SEAS, too in the fall but I’m trying to figure out if I want to do it through QuestBridge or not. It’d probably be hard to get a match, so I’ll probably just ED.

In all honesty, I just hope I don’t get flat out rejected.
