Who Gives Me The Paperwork?

I made the cut for National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist, (thank goodness) and I know there is some paperwork to do to advance to Finalist level. Who do I get this from? Does it come in the mail? Should I talk to my high school's office?
I found out via the Seattle Times, which posted the list for Washington, so no one has actually talked to me about this yet.

You need to talk to someone at school.

A letter with your login information should have (and most likely was) sent to your school principal. They need to give you that letter so you can log in to an NMSC site. That is where you will enter your essay and whenever you decide, indicate your first choice college. The school (either principal or counselor) will also need to log in and provide a recommendation and grades (or upload a transcript).
